Supplies:
Cookie tin
Spraypaint
Chalkboard paint
Foam paint brush
Embellishments (flowers/ribbon/lace etc.)
Not only will mom be getting a beautiful handmade tin to keep all of her treasures in, but you can use this gift to hold another gift! Two-for-one deal!
The chalkboard top makes it a wonderful versatile piece, allowing the recipient to change the message on top to whatever they'd like. Maybe they will keep their jewelry in it and label the top as such. Or maybe they will send the tin along to another with their own special gift giving message on top.
Whatever they choose to do with it, you can make this piece work for them! Paint it their favorite colors. Embellish it with their style of additions. Make it match the holiday you are giving it for (Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc). The options for decor are endless!
