Homemade Ice Packs
I have a toddler... need I say more since you've read the title of this post already?
We have boo-boos galore in our house. To the point where my oldest runs to get the ice packs if she hears her little brother crying because, she just knows.
This is a great DIY, I love it. It's simple. And you should have all the materials on hand already.
Even better about this DIY, it's for kids and adults! Don't freeze your ice pack all the way and you've got a nice cold, moveable ice pack for your poor adult aches and pains.
